fnatic have defeated TyLoo in their group stage match of e-Stars 2010 King of the Game Tournament.
fnatic and TyLoo met for the third time in Seoul, after the Swedes won both encounters in the Continental Cup yesterday. This time they played on de_nuke, a map on which fnatic was expected to have little trouble. They started by winning the pistol round, but TyLoo demonstrated very good T-side, taking a 9-6 lead at the half time.
The Swedes found themselves in the same situation as in their previous two encounters, needing to turn the score around on the other side. It started well for them as after winning another pistol round, they got to 11-9 lead. TyLoo then responded and tried to keep the score close, but perhaps the crucial round of the match was when Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg won a 1vs3 situation to put his team ahead 13-11. Several more very close rounds were exchanged, but fnatic finally clinched the match with a 16-13 score.
fnatic have continued their winning streak at e-Stars, with this being their 8th win in a row, third one against TyLoo.
